Katrina Pullia, CCPA Physician Assistant

Katrina Pullia is a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) with a keen interest in researching mental health. She is a two-time alumnus from McMaster University, completing both her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physician Assistant) and Bachelor of Science (Biology & Psychology) at the institution. Most recently, she worked in adult psychiatry in Winnipeg prior to joining the team at CFPE.

Physician Assistants (PAs) are highly trained healthcare professionals who practice medicine under the supervision of a licensed physician. PAs act as an extension of their supervising physician and conduct histories, physical examinations, order and interpret investigations, perform diagnostics and therapeutic interventions, diagnose and treat conditions/illness, and provide education to patients and families.
