It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of the Center for Pediatric Excellence, effective May 31, 2024. Serving our community has been a privilege and an honor, and we are grateful for the trust and loyalty you have shown us over the years. While we are saddened to bid farewell to our clinic, we also look back with pride on the relationships we have built and the care we have provided.

Denise is no longer accepting new clients. Existing clients only may contact her at ddelaat61@gmail.com.
Dr. van Stralen
Dr. van Stralen is currently on a medical leave of absence. She will contact patients regarding next steps when she is ready to return. In the meantime, clinical questions and prescription refills should be directed to your family MD. Messages for Dr. van Stralen or general inquiries may continue to be sent to admin@cfpe.ca.
